Movement classes
CiM offers classes and workshops to foundations and organizations that care about the well being of underprivileged children.

The workshop will be composed following the specific needs and goal of the target group in co fellowship with the staff and direction of the host organization.

The aim is to provide those children who are deprived from art education, with knowledge and skills in order to be able to develop them selves.

The curriculum is predominantly based on establishing intrinsic connections between the actual life situation of the child and his/her vision of the future.

Dance, music and drama are prominently suitable to stimulate awareness and to increase inherent frameworks.

The character of the classes and workshops are light, playful, including humor, confidence and mutual respect.

Coaching
Also for existing performances and presentations (dance – puppet, theatre), CiM offers coaching and dramaturgy workshops as to support the artistic process and result.

Most of the presentations and performances have been created by the staff of an organization and sometimes need professional support in directing and coaching the performers.
In principal CiM tries to give form to the essence of the performance or presentation in a clear and artistic way, in order to communicate with the audience.

Scholarships
Thanks to three major dance schools in Bangkok, CiM, as an intermediary can provide 30 children a year with scholarships at one of the schools.
The three dance schools are:
Aree Dance Art,
Bangkok Dance
Pornpimol Ballet School

Training for staff and volunteers
The children will benefit the most when continuation of the classes can be guaranteed. However CiM has limited man/woman power and therefore would like to offer staff and volunteers, who have worked with CiM before, training to be able to teach independently.
The training program will be composed conform the guidelines of CiM in close cohesion to the course members.
Hereby a tailor-made program can be composed, that will leave space for specific needs and wishes of the host organization.

Theatre productions
In January 2004 CiM has presented it’s first theatre performance in the Bangkok Playhouse.
The performing artists were children from the Holt Sahatai and Chaiyapruk foundation, who have been trained by CiM for 6 previous months.

The theatre performances aim to increase self-confidence and social skills of the children.

Although the result of the performance is the starting point, we predominantly focus on the process of the rehearsals.
Most essential is to stimulate the natural talent and increase the creative capacities of the children.

The artistic skills and creativity are the central point of each performance and therefore are accessible to a wide range of audience.

Collaborations
As an independent foundation and next to our own initiatives, CiM also offers collaboration projects with similar foundations and organization.
By connecting forces and funds a more efficient and intense program can be executed to benefit the children.

The collaboration with the Thai foundation “Art for All” incorporated the summer workshop, in which 400 disabled children participated.

CiM hopes to be able to continue these kinds of collaborations, since we believe that not only vast numbers of children can be reached, but also that disabled children in Thailand will get better and more adequate attention in society.
